Data-driven continuous improvement.
Lean Six Sigma Training and Certification Program
Lean Six Sigma combines the efficiencies of Lean with a highly data-driven component that spotlights quantifiable results.
In nine full-day sessions over two months, participants learn the basic concepts, and then apply them directly on a required project from their own job so your company realizes immediate results. Class members learn by doing, and from each other, as well as from CITEC's expertise, to ensure success.
Who Should Attend
Note: This course requires candidates to have attended CITEC's Lean White Belt certification series or Lean Foundations program, or equivalent training / experience.
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program is specifically designed to develop the essential skills needed to lead small scale improvement efforts and to support more complex continuous improvement projects.
