Executive Director, CITEC (February 2016 to present)

Business Advisor, CITEC (Feb. 2013 to Oct. 2015); Interim Director (Oct. 2015 to Feb. 2016)
Providing assistance to North Country companies in the areas of executive coaching, transformational leadership, strategic planning, general management, and multi-cultural leadership.

Vice President, New Business - NiSource, Merrillville IN (2005 - 2007)
Led turnaround of newly centralized sales group responsible for addition of natural gas customers in five states. Included entire service delivery process: customer contact/economic analysis of proposed projects / engineering / construction.

President, Transaction Services - NiSource, Merrillville IN (2002 - 2003)
Led formation/integration of Transaction Services business unit; 1100 employees and $135M operating budget. Platform for consolidation of business services across NiSource and integration of future business acquisitions. Activities included supply chain, warehouse management, fleet management, customer call centers in IN, KY, OH, PA and MA, meter-to-cash, accounts payable and payroll.

Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer - NiSource, Merrillville IN (2000 - 2002)
Top NiSource Gas Distribution operations executive. Provided operational leadership for distribution companies located in eight states with 2.3M customers, 1400 employees, $3.1B in annual revenues, 40K miles distribution pipeline, $104M annual operating budget and $211M annual capital budget.

Senior Vice President, Operations - Columbia Gas of Ohio (1998 - 2000)
Senior operations executive. Responsibilities included all customer service, engineering, construction, meter reading, collections, regulatory compliance, and training activities.

Executive Vice President & General Manager - AB Electrolux, Stockholm, Sweden (1995 - 1998)
Senior North American business executive. P&L responsibility for all North American Electrolux compressor companies; Americold, Athens Products and Kelvinator de Mexico. $200M/yr sales and 1500 employees. Directly responsible for all aspects of each business including production, sales/inventory planning, operational/capital budgeting, operating reviews, product reviews, key customer meetings, labor relations, and global business integration. Key business-level initiatives included expansion of hermetic motor production, introduction of non-CFC refrigerants, compliance with DOE-mandated product efficiency improvements, and integration of Mexican acquisition.

General Electric Career (1971 - 1995)
Moved through series of increasingly responsible assignments in Manufacturing, Engineering, and Product Management in multiple GE businesses: GE Capital, GE Appliances, GE Lighting, GE Space and GE Transportation. Experience included crisis management, joint venture formations, implementation of multiple business and organizational restructurings.
