CITEC is always available to set up training at your facility, but we also offer public sessions throughout the year at locations across the region.
Lean Foundations — First sessions begin January 16! Will also run in July
Participants are introduced to core Lean tools through a combination of classroom presentation, simulations and group activities during 4-hour sessions held over five days.
Lean Leadership — August through October
Ideally suited to senior and mid-level managers and focuses on managing implementation, engaging all levels of stakeholders, metrics, and accountability.
Lean White Belt — Begins February 7!
Ten full-day classroom sessions, one class every two weeks, to allow participants to complete in-plant assignments between sessions to realize impacts for your organization immediately.
Lean Green Belt — August through February
Eight classroom days, with sessions scheduled about every three weeks. Candidates who complete the program become Lean leaders and trainers in your organization.
Lean 6 Sigma — Begins March 7!
Eight days over two months, this measurement-based strategy focuses on process improvement and standardization through in-plant projects that allow your organization to realize immediate impacts.
Safety Day — May 17, 2016
Join us for this popular, annual safety event held each May that provides training from local safety experts, information from OSHA, and an opportunity to network with your peers.
Supervisor Training Level 1 — Begins January 25 and February 2
The essentials of supervising others including peers, in eight weekly sessions.
Supervisor Training Level 2 — Begins February 2 and April 5
Supervisors as leaders with a focus on strong communication in eight weekly sessions.
Supervisor Training Level 3 — Begins January 25 and will run again in August and September
Focuses on leadership and influence; building and managing teams, in eight weekly sessions.
Supervisor Training Level 4 — Begins April 5 and will run again in August and September
Leading and managing supervisors, including change management, critical thinking, negotiation, and stress management.
Safety Training — Runs January through June
Various topics including OSHA 10-Hour for General Industry, Safety for Supervisors, Lockout/Tagout, Eelctrical Safety/Arc Flash, and a lot more. On-site training is available, and most of this is available at no cost to your company!
Manufacturing Day — October 6, 2017
