This 4-hour class offers a six-step model to solve any type of problem. We will learn how to define the root cause of a problem, how to think both critically and creatively, and how to make the best decision for a given situation. Through business examples, we will apply and practice solving workplace problems.
This class is offered in partnership with the St. Lawrence County IDA.
