Talent Acquisition in a Tight Market

Join us for the quarterly meeting of the North Country Human Resources Consortium (NCHRC) on March 13th.  We will focus on sometimes overlooked sources for job candidates as we discuss various ways to enhance our applicant pipeline.

Our speakers will include Jonathan Rosen and Allison Weingarten from PARSE Coalition and Michelle Armani from ETS Staffing, Ready4Real Program who will discuss the benefits of hiring those in recovery and developing workforce-ready candidates through innovative high school and college programs.

Meeting to be held at The Development Corp. (TDC) office at 109 Industrial Boulevard in Plattsburgh.
