The field of Human Resources is in a state of constant change and challenge, and that has never been truer than over the past few years. Keeping up with labor law changes and compliance can be difficult and time-consuming. That is where the NCHRC can help you.
Whether you are an HR professional or a small business owner without a dedicated HR team, the NCHRC can keep you updated on labor law changes and best practices, as well as provide interesting HR information and professional development.
Started in 2011, the NCHRC brings together several sponsor organizations to provide HR information and resources. Through quarterly meetings (March, June, September, and December), special-topic presentations by legal experts, guest speakers, and cross-member communication and networking opportunities with peers, the Consortium can keep you in the know about all things Human Resources.
Our membership represents a wide variety of companies from manufacturing to banking to hospitality, human services, and more. We welcome anyone to join who has an interest in Human Resources. We have members from across the North Country and strive to be a comprehensive HR resource for the entire region.
